  • SchoolDiary is to be brought to school daily without fail.
  • Students should come to school in complete uniform, on all school days(including Parent Teacher Meeting )
  • Discipline and obedience are the first and foremost qualities expected from each student of the school. Indiscipline in any form will be strictly dealt with.
  • Punctuality is must and late comers will be suitably checked with corrective measures.
  • Under no circumstances mobile phones should be brought to the school. Studentscarrying mobiles to school will be issued a pink card and it will be  A fine of 200/- will be charged.
  • Students are discouraged to come to school by private vans using gas kits or that are overloaded.
  • 75% attendance is a must for every student, otherwise he/she will bedebarred from the exam as per CBSE rules.
  • A pupil who uses unfair means during examinations will be given zero in the subject and repetition of the same shall lead to dismissal.
  • Parents/Guardians are encouraged to meet the teachers only on the day of Parent-Teacher Meeting or other days by 
  • It is compulsory for all the students to participate in sports, games and other co-curricular activities of the school.
  • Incase of accidents, school will provide only First Aid, other related expenses will be borne by Parents/Guardians.

School Rules and Regulations

  1. Parents must regularly visit the school’s website, software and school diary to  know all the necessary information of the school activities.
  2. Every student is expected to carry his /her school diary and identity card and badges in case of students council members to school every day. 
  3. A student should affix his / her  photograph and write the required information, duly signed by his/her parents/guardians in the space provided for in the diary.
  4. Parents are required to cooperate with the school in its attempt to help their children progress by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality, and  disciplineand take interest in their child’s work.

5.Students should reach the school ten minutes before school timings.

6. We follow a four bell system for the morning assembly. 

First Bell- Students proceed towards the place allotted for the irrespective assembly.

Second /Freeze Bell- The whole school observes silence and gets ready for the assembly. Students should reach the assembly ground before the freeze bell. Third Bell- Assembly begins.
Fourth Bell-National Anthem.

  1. Students are expected to maintain a high standard of good manners and general behaviour.  They should be polite and well behaved and nurture the qualities of respect for elders and teachers; cultivate the virtues of honesty and truthfulness.
  2. Students should realize that they are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct within the school but also for their general behaviouroutside. Any reported or observed objectionable conduct out of school shall make them liable to disciplinary action.
  3. Students are expected to converse in English. Disciplinary action will be taken against the students speaking in any language other than English.
  4. Students should be always neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions. Use of hair gel, fancy hair cut,colouring the hair, having long hair & nails and wearing of low waist trousers and gold rings are not allowed. Students not found to be in proper uniform will be sent home.
  5. Students who go home escorted by parents or guardians etc. should never leave before the escort arrives. In case of delay, they should report to the school office with the escort pass.
  6. Studentsare not allowed to use the school telephone without the permission of the Principal. They will not be called to answer phone calls during class hours.
  7. Parents are requested not to enter the class room to see their children or teachers during school hours without prior permission of the Principal.
  8. Books, note-book, bags, lunch box, blazer, etc. should bear the name and class of the owner. The school is not responsible for any such thing that gets lost.
  9. Students are expected to respect school property. No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others. Any school property damaged even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher or to the Principal.
  10. No student shall indulge in any of the following practices: Celebrating birthdays, making party, rowdiness, rude behavior, bullying, use of abusive, foul language, riding on cycle in the campus, bursting of crackers, playing holi  in the school campus, spoiling gardens, lawn, flowers and plants .Violent behavior in any form are punishable offences.
  11. Change of address and telephone numbers are to be intimated to the school office.
  12. Canteen facility is only available during break time. Students are not allowed to go to the canteen at any other time without permission. It’s used only for emergency not on daily basis.
  13. All students are expected to greet their school teachers when they meet them whether they teach them or not.
  14. Students are not allowed to bring any kind of object that can cause injury to others.
  15. They are expected to help in maintaining clean and green surrounding. The student should not litter the school premises with wrappers, papers or polythene bags.
  16. Students are advised to keep their class room, school buildings and campus as clean as possible and throw leftovers into the dustbins.
  17. The school is not responsible for the goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles (like expensive watches or fountain pens) to school.
  18. Paul’s School provides education from Nursery to Class XII. Therefore, it is expected that the juniors are treated with love and affection by the seniors while the juniors show all respect to their seniors.
  19. Under no condition a student will be permitted to bring a mobile to the school.
  20. Students should follow all Instructions and directions given by the school authorities and should not do anything to disturb the principal without prior notice or reason.
  21. No attendance would be given to a student during period of suspension.
  22. The school reserves the right to suspend or to take strict disciplinary action against a student whose diligence or progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
  23. Any communication of request or complaint made by the parents should be  addressed to the principal and not to the class teacher and all correspondence from the school to the parents or guardians must go through the principal .
  24. Parents have to understand that they cannot dictate to the management and that the management has a right to say on what conditions it will admit, or retain pupils in the school.
  25. Students should not take part in any political activities.
  26. Students are expected to come to the school with all that are necessary for their day’s work. Borrowing and lending stationaries and other materials are totally discouraged.
  27. Children should not carry more than 20/ (rupees twenty only) at any time. If  found it will be confiscated and put in the charity box.
  28. Students coming to school during the school hours for any purpose must come in school uniform.
  29. To pay the fees regularly follow the instruction given in the fees book.Fees to be paid online or in the AXIS Bank Katni and teacher’s copy of the receipt should be submitted to the class teacher.
  30. For the safety and security of students during lunch break/recess, parents and visitors are not permitted in the campus.
  31. Students should bring along lunch box and water bottle with them in the morning and same will not be accepted during school hours for the safety of students.
  32. If a child is permitted to leave the classroom during class hours then he/she must carry out pass.
  33. Those who bring bicycles should keep them properly locked at the place fixed for them. If not locked and lost, school is not responsible.
  34. In the event of heavy rain and strikes, parents will take the initiative andresponsibility to decide whether their child should attend school or not, please do not make phone calls regarding this.
  35. No books (other than text books or library books, magazines or CDs etc.) should be brought to school. If they are brought, they will be confiscated.
  36. If you notice that your ward is not making the desired progress, kindly see the Principal .(you are always welcome to the school to ensure the progress of your ward)
